MultiGmail

MultiGmail is a personal tool Skye built to search and read her own Gmail and to manage her own Google Drive files across her own Google accounts from her own computer. It is not offered to the public and is not used with anyone else's accounts.

What it accesses

With your consent, MultiGmail requests read-only access to Gmail messages, permission to create and edit Gmail drafts, and access to Google Drive files so it can read, upload and edit Drive files and move files to trash when Skye asks it to. It never sends email or deletes messages, never shares Drive files or changes their sharing permissions, and never permanently deletes Drive files.

Where your data goes

Nowhere. Data is fetched directly from Google to the device running MultiGmail and processed there. Sign-in tokens are stored locally on that device. MultiGmail has no server, does not collect analytics, and does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to anyone, or use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Google API Services

MultiGmail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

You can revoke MultiGmail's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local token folder removes all stored sign-ins.
